Noosa River Sandy Shores takes great pride in the cleanliness and quality of our apartments. Each apartment is individually owned and uniquely decorated, so the furnishings and décor may vary from the photos shown. However, all apartments offer the same high standard of facilities to ensure a consistent and comfortable guest experience. Each apartment also features a private balcony, a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, but no ovens), and in apartment laundry facilities for your convenience.

Easy Access with Lift Convenience

Our lift provides easy access, starting at the ground-level car park and servicing all apartments on levels 1 and 2. Upon exiting the lift, guests enter the lush, tropical surroundings of the Atrium — a tranquil and peaceful space that sets the tone for a relaxing stay.

Parking Options

We offer additional parking for guests bringing a second vehicle, boat, or jet ski. Please contact us in advance to check availability.

Accessible Apartment Available

For guests with mobility needs, we proudly offer a wheelchair-accessible apartment with direct lift access from the car park. This unique apartment has been thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort and convenience.

Please note: To comply with our insurance requirements, our apartments cannot be used for any type of business activity other than short-term holiday letting. This includes all legally constituted businesses (companies, partnerships, or sole traders) delivering or promoting services in or from the building.

Undisclosed business use may void our insurance coverage, putting the property, owners, and guests at risk. Therefore, bookings for business purposes are not permitted.
